Refund policy
Cloncaias products are make to order and therefore returns are not accepted unless an error is make on our part. Items defective during shipping can be returned, replaced, or a refund offered.
We do offer a refund and returns policy at Cloncaia.
We are an ethical, professional company and we want happy customers.
We have the options of refunds, replacements, or money back options.
We extend the timeframe for this to 30 days upon receipt of the order.
If the artwork on the item is not what was ordered, if the photograph or name uploaded to the product listing on purchase is incorrect on the received item, if the item received is different from the item described in the product listing, we will work with customers to provide a refund or replacement for this circumstance.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
